Iexplorer auto dls zip files?

When I click to download a '.zip' windows auto-downloads
the file and then opens it for me!
It wont let me choose where to save the file.
It just downloads the zip to the temporary internet files
folder without me choosing.
How do I shut this off?

Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/File Types/[File Type in
Question]/Advanced. Put a check in the box that reads: Confirm open after
download.
