I am getting the message, Internet Explorer has excountered a problem and
needs to close. When I go into the error it is giving the AppName
iexplore.exe, AppVer 6.0.2900.2100 ModName entapi.dll ModVer 8.0.0.277. then
Internet Explorer closes. does anyone know of a solution to this problem
please, I am mailing from a different PC to try and find the solution.

The file "entapi.dll" does not belong to Windows. Check with that file's
properties and remove that poorly programmed piece of software that file
belongs to. Check the system for malware as well.

That file originates with McAfee Anti-Virus.
Have you recently changed your AV??

now why doesn't the fact that the problem may originate back to McAfee!!

do you suggest that I uninstal this progamme?
