Sometimes when I attempt to logon to the net my ISP homepage does not appear
though my ISP provider is shown as "connected". Sometimes the homepage
appears when I click on the "E" icon on the systray?, but not always and I
cannot connect to my homepage. Also, sometimes when I logoff the net I get
an error message relating to iexplore.exe which says "the program is not
responding". I wait for the program to close automatically but this does not
always happen and I then have to click on "close now" but this can result in
my PC hanging and I have to use Task Manager to shutdown my PC before I can
reboot and try to access the web again. This never used to happen; I have
run McAfee antivirus, Spybot and AdAware but nothing untoward is found. Help
to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Just to say that I have now uninstalled Adaware and Spybot. Will this end my
problems?
