iexplore.exe - Unable To Locate DLL

I can't use Internet Explorer any more because when I try opening it I get
the warning message: "iexplore.exe - Unable To Locate DLL The dynamic link
library msvcrl.dll could not be found ..."

Windows 2000, IE 6

Someone, please help!
