iexplore.exe hangs

hi my iexplore.exe hangs and i need help

i try looking for a virus with norton antivirus none was
there
i look for hijacking software none there too
in task manager there are two iexplore.exe and only one
goes away when you go off line.
i get a Fault bucket 21955421. error too


note i know there are a explorer.exe too
i got both of then when off line
