iexplore.exe error - please help me

I am not an IT expert at all. I am getting the message below when I am using
the internet explorer. How do I fix this?
Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 7.0.5346.5, faulting module
unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x015a2c21.
