ok I have been haveing this problem for a long time. ever
time i go to a web page like www.pogo.com i have a Eorr
mthat come's up and it read's.((IEXPLORE caused a general
protection fault in module USER.exe atb 001c:000013b8..))
I just went out and got a New hard drive and iam haveing
the same problemi don't know what to do can some one PLEZZ

Generally, faults in user.exe are caused by video driver problems. Turn down your hardware acceleration, display resolution or color depth and see if this helps. If so, then updating or reinstalling your video drivers will probably help. Go to the web site of your video card manufacturer and get the latest drivers for your card.

The site you mention uses Flash, so updating/reinstalling that might help:

Solved the problem. It was apparently caused by the free popup stopper
supplied by my ISP. Just deleted the popup stopper and everything is up and
running.


Other Parasites have been known to cause this type of errors. Check this
