"IE7pro"? What is that? It sounds like some third-party add-on.
Contact the makers of "IE7pro" for help with their program, although
adding third-party programs/toolbars/etc. to IE7 is asking for
trouble. If you want more flexibility and add-ons, considering using
Firefox instead.

IEPro works perfectly fine for me. Without it I would not want to run
IE7 at all. Right now I am trying to find out if I should be using IE7
with IEPro or the Avant browser as default.
There are many good add-ons for IE7, and there are some causing
trouble. For instance the latest Yahoo! Toolbar is very good. As is the
dialer-addon for Skype. The Orbit downloader takes over downloads in
IE7. I do not even know how to live without that one.
An for the install problem the OP has I would make sure I totally
uninstall the failed install. I would then go in and disable any other
add-on in IE before I install IEPro again. If everything else fails I
would cancel the halted install. It may be that it's something blocking
the install from closing and that IE7 Pro actually is installed and
working.
