IE7

Just downloaded and tried to install IE7pro to use with IE7. Installation
goes so far and then stops before completion. Any one else had this problem.

"IE7pro"? What is that? It sounds like some third-party add-on. Contact
the makers of "IE7pro" for help with their program, although adding
third-party programs/toolbars/etc. to IE7 is asking for trouble. If you
want more flexibility and add-ons, considering using Firefox instead.

IEPro works perfectly fine for me. Without it I would not want to run
IE7 at all. Right now I am trying to find out if I should be using IE7
with IEPro or the Avant browser as default.

There are many good add-ons for IE7, and there are some causing
trouble. For instance the latest Yahoo! Toolbar is very good. As is the
dialer-addon for Skype. The Orbit downloader takes over downloads in
IE7. I do not even know how to live without that one.

An for the install problem the OP has I would make sure I totally
uninstall the failed install. I would then go in and disable any other
add-on in IE before I install IEPro again. If everything else fails I
would cancel the halted install. It may be that it's something blocking
the install from closing and that IE7 Pro actually is installed and
working.
