IE7 reseting to work off line.

For the last week or so IE7 has been reseting it's self to work offline at
first it was only an annoyance but it is starting to worry me although I run
Windows Defender and spybot S&D no spy ware is found is there some way to
"nail"the choice of "work on line" permenantly I am on the internet every
day.
