IE7 starts after shutting it off

I am using IE7 which I downloaded a few weeks ago.
Just recently I have been having an annoying problem. Whenever I
close down IE7 and have a clear desktop it loads by itself again onto
an adult site. Each time it is a different site. I have not visited
any of of these, in fact none.
How can I stop this self loading from happening?
