IE7 problem

We have a website running on php. When one of the computer migrated to
IE7, a problem with text size appears. The text is covered by the field
boundary so that you only see the top. Sometimes, the ajecent fields
will collapse each other at the bounday. Is this problem related to the
changes in IE7?

I see in http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie7/default.mspx that
the recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:

Look in the lower right corner of IE7 and make sure it is set for 100%.
