After downloading and installing IE 7 the Help and Support Center page began
acting up again with stalls and unresponsiveness. So I uninstalled IE7 and
all is well again. Another user warned me the IE7 was the culprit and they
were so very right. I am taking IE7 off of all my friends and families
computers. This is so unfortunate. Thanks again for all the help.

How very odd! The Help and Support Center works perfectly well on my
machine after having installed Internet Explorer 7 over two months
ago. I have found no adverse effects at all of installing this
version of the browser. I am utterly bewildered by all the reports of
untoward consequences after upgrading to version 7. Seriously though,
clean up your machine, update your drivers, and perform the routine
maintenance that every savy computer user should know.

"Larry" I am shocked about IE7. All this time I felt if MS made it then
whatever it was had to be good. Please reread the previous posts. This was a
Clean, Fresh install. All New updates. All new everything. Plus 10 other
computers, all different brands (HP, Toshiba and custom mades) were affected
the very same way. After taking out IE7 all computers run normally. What is
the time frame your HSC page opens, if indeed it does open? That is 10 total
computers all having the very same issue. This issue cleared up once IE7 was
Uninstalled.
