IE7 and Firefox: Can't load https:// website (bank)

Try this:
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
in a dos window.

It solves the problem for me, both with ie and firefox.

There is no DOS in Vista (or XP). It's a command prompt window and it needs
to be run from an elevated command prompt.
