IE7 3rd party launcher?

I can not find a IE7 newsgroup so I am writing here. Just installed IE7 in
WinXP-Pro and every time I launch a chart page in Ameritrade a "3rd party
URL launcher" window opens up and then is skipped when the actual chart page
using my opened IE7 page on Ameritrade. How do I get this to stop?

This is the response from Ameritrade support which worked for me.

1. In your Internet Explorer window, go to the "Tools" menu at the top
and select "Internet Options";
2. Select the "Security" tab that has four icons listed;
3. Select the "Internet" icon and click on the "Custom Level" button;
4. Scroll down the list of choices until you find "Navigate sub-frames
across different domains," which is about halfway down the list;
5. Change the radio button to "Enable" and click OK; 6. Select OK again
on the "Internet Options" menu; 7. Try to launch the TD AMERITRADE site
to confirm that the issue has been resolved.
