After unsuccessfully attempting to reinstall IE6, due to a
few issues with it, someone actually suggested for me to
do a repair within "Add/Remove." I did. Two problems
remain. Every time I start my pc, a window appears that
won't seem to go away. It shows two options; the first
is "Resume Setup" and "Reinstall." I have tried both, but
the only thing that happens is it causes my pc to
restart. How do I get rid of this window?

Another issue is that My MSN does not remember my password
and I must complete that each time I start. What is the
resolution to this?

Thank you.

1st problem. Look for a file wininit.ini and if found rename it wininit._ni.
If that clears your problem after a reboot or two remove it.

2nd issues. Hope this helps.
