My IE won't open. It's as if it suddenly is not there. I
click the icon, get the hourglass for about 5 seconds, then
nothing.

Really though, I have a more important question. Why do we
have to spend all this time trying to help each other out
in a newsgroup or pay to get tech support from microsoft?
For all we spend on his products, and the billions of
dollars his company is worth, wouldn't you think he could
at least provide free tech support? He produces a crap
product then wants to charge us to help fix our problems.

Internet Explorer Does Not Start
When you attempt to start Internet Explorer, the mouse
pointer may change to the Working In Background or Busy
pointer and then back to the normal pointer, but Internet
Explorer may not start.
