i AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE ENCODING FOR IE6. IT KEEPS
SETTING IT SELF TO ISO EVEN WITH AUTO INGAGED. SO IT IS
NOT DISPLAYING ALL PICS IN THE WEB SITES I VISIT. I
CHANGE IT MANUALLY BUT IT REVERTS BACK. I NEED HELP.
 
Read this article. Make sure that you have the all the .nls files and that
your registry setting is correct.
