Tim

I have been using IE6 for close to a year. As of
yesterday, it will no longer open. When I attempt to
open the program, I get the error box and asked if I
want to send error report...regardless, it shuts down and
will not open. The error message is:

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106
ModName:syslw.dll ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 000143ce

I can't even get online to browse while at home, I am
doing this at work. My outlook express opens, though.

I would appreciate any help at all with this problem!!!
Thank you, tim

Tim,

To test with: Disable third-party browser extensions in Internet Explorer
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Internet Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Under Browsing, clear the Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart) check box.
5. Restart Internet Explorer.

If this helps, read here for further troubleshooting:
