IE6 Won't Launch at all

When trying to start Internet Explorer at all, get the
pop-up to send or not, an error report to Microsoft.
Clicking on the details tab reveals the following:
AppName: iexplore.exe, AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106, ModName:
msxc32.dll, ModVer: 0.0.0.0, Offset: 000143ce
Any ideas how to fix this would be very appreciated.

I wish I had answer for you. I've had the same problem myself and I've
tried everything that has been suggested on this board, to no avail. My
problem started suddenly about 10 days ago. When did yours start?

There seem to be so many cases of this same problem occurring at the same
time. What do you think could be going on?

Just checking, does anybody have a solution to this yet? My IE has
been in an endless submit error loop for 2 days and I'm languishing
without it. We've tried everything.

When you click the Internet Explorer icon, window may flash a second and quits. Or, it may show an Error-Reporting dialog. This may be due to a malware Browser Helper Object which causes Internet Explorer process to terminate. If you see the Error-Reporting dialog, click "to see what data this report contains" and identify the Module Name causing this error. In most cases, it may be the spyware DLL. Therefore, reinstalling Internet Explorer [in case of a spyware DLL] may not help.

To test with: Disable third-party browser extensions in Internet
Explorer
1. Click Start, Run, and type inetcpl.cpl.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Under Browsing, clear the Enable third-party browser extensions
(requires restart) check box.
4. Restart Internet Explorer.

If this helps, read here for further troubleshooting:
