IE6 will not maximize

Every time I try to launch IE6, I can't get it to maximize.
It seems to launch ok, but it stays minimized on the
taskbar!?? Any suggestions...

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
