Mark,

See what plugins/BHOs are loaded with Internet Explorer and disable the unwanted.

Using ToolbarCop to remove the unwanted Toolband, Toolbar Icons and BHO:

Get the spyware cleaners out here:
Spybot Search & Destroy: http://www.safer-networking.org/
Ad-Aware - www.lavasoftusa.com
CoolWebSearch Shredder : http://www.merijn.org/files/CWShredder.exe

Mark,

By default, Internet Explorer does not add the plugins. Everying is added by 3rd party software./ Double-click the CLSID and it copies it to clipboard. You may post the CLSID and the Related DLL here. Checking the DLL file's properties might give you a hint. BTW: Toolbarcop allows you to disable BHOs and you can enable them later if you want.

You can get the the CLSIDs from ToolbarCop. Double-clicking a list box entry copies the CLSID to clipboard.
