IE6 Start-Up

I installed some camera software, had problems installing
the drivers so removed the software, now when I connect to
the internet my Internet Explorer does't start
automaticaly like it use to. When I double click on it, it
still won't open up. I reinstalled IE6, still have the
same problem, not sure If I have a messed up setting.
