IE6 Slow to Launch

IE6 is slow to launch (100-120 sec) but only on the
initial launch after logging on the PC. Subsequent IE
launches are OK. I ran Spybot and it came up clean. Any
suggestions?

Try deleting your temp internet files and set the maximum
size to 15Mb...no need to have more then that.
That should help your PC to start IE more quickly, as it
doesn't need to crunch all the temp files every time.

More information: figured out my services.exe is running
at 100% which is causing the delay in launching IE (and
several other programs.)

Initial info said it was related to the MS Hotfix 835732.
I have removed this Hotfix and still have the same
issues. I will check the W2K newsgroup for further info
but any help here would be appreciated.
