IE6 Restrictions

Hi,
Got a weird problem, im signed in as administrator but when I goto Internet
options in IE6 I get a box Saying this operation has been cancelled blah
blah blah.
What's up I presume its a registry problem but how do I correct it, cheers

If you are trying to access a web site and get action
canceled from within the browser it is possibly a firwall.
I do not have enough info to properly troublshoot this but
check you security, Internet Options, firwall and anti
virus settings. If you are using a router, this may be a
potetial problem contact the manufacturer otherwise I
suggest contacting your ISP.

Sorry don't think I explained myself properly, When I have got internet
explorer loaded up, the I goto Tools then to Internet Options I get a error
box:

With title: Restrictions
And text: This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on
this computer. Please contact your system administrator.
Then a box with OK.

I am signed in as Administrator but cant seem to gain access to this, Any
ideas???

Have you enabled the following options in SpyBot?: [Tip from MVP Mike
Burgess]
"Lock IE control panel against opening from within IE"

If so, this behaviour is normal. If you are not using Spybot, the problem
may be due to a spyware.

"Remove IE Restrictions & Restore Missing tabs". Download fix from:
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k

Download Ad-Aware from www.lavasoftusa.com, scan the system and eliminate
the malware products. Re-apply the above fix if necessary. ** Remember to
update the pattern file using WebUpdate in Ad-Aware **

( Caused by a malware called CoolWebSearch. Also, Download:
