IE6 opens links in wrong bwoser window

When I have more then one IE window open and I click one of the Links
I have in my Links toolbar, more often than not, IE will open the link
in one of the other browser windows.
This is very annoying since I often listening to radio in one browser
window and use another to surf. Obviously I like to keep the radio
browser where it is but when I click a link in another browser window
the link will open in the radio browser window.
How do I make IE6 always open Links in the same browser window that
the Link was clicked in?

launching shortcuts." Apply, ok out.
