ie6 locking up

my ie6 keeps locking up. if you try to reboot it comes up with either
gcasServ.exe not responding or iexplorer.exe not responding. done the hijack
this stuff and here's the results. would be grateful if anyone could give me
any more advice.

also have tried to remove the
http://kl.bar.need2find.com/KL/menusearch.html?p=KL
from the add/remove but it won't let me remove it. it just comes up with a
DLL error and says the specified module could not be found.
