IE6 - "Lock Toolbar" option has disappeared from my menu

Hi, I found my tool bars were all messed up, so I tried to drag and drop them
back to their place, and intended to lock them so they won't move again.
Earlier today, under View - Toolbars, the drop down menu included "Lock" (it
was unchecked). Now, that choice has disappeared altogether, and the
toolbars are not allowing me to drag and drop. Anybody have any
ideas/solutions? Thanks!
