IE6 home page problem

For some reason the home page buttons in my IE are greyed
out and i have no idea why. I am stuck on google forever!
any ideas? something to do with the 'google toolbar'
thingy maybe?

This restriction can also be caused by spyware. Update your spyware program and
check your system on a regular basis.

If you are running Spybot already, open in Advanced Mode and check this:
Click on Immunize and uncheck the option "Lock IE control panel...." (Under
"Recommended miscellaneous protections" section) - old version 1.2
Exit Spybot and restart IE

Re-enable Internet Options:
