IE6 - Has it been fitted with a Word Filter ?

Hi everyone
I'm a web designer
I have made a website for a client, who has just installed the new AOL9 broadband service on his computer
His browser is AOL IE6
When he looks at the looking a website, all the images in a folder called "sposnors" in the images folder don't show, and also the nav bar link to the sponsors section on the site (which is a text link) doesn't show up other

I'm just wondering if IE6 has a word filter built in, which is course the problem or is it something else that people know about

Many Thank

Any pop up or security software installed on the computer that may be
eliminating the tags?
