ie6 hangs on right click new window

I like to open multiple browsers when on a search page by right
clicking them to open them in a new window. The new window begins to
open, but then stops.... What is this, and what can I do? I have
already downloaded a new browser as I have not been able to find a fix

You click on a hyperlink and an IE window opens but it doesn't load:

Re-register all DLLs listed in this KB article:

Installing the latest Cumulative Patch for IE may solve the problem as a
side-effect. Check in at Windows Update.

The .dlls were corrupt. Didn;t pay attention to which one fixed it,
but the first two didn;t. After that I hit em all. Good info.

I just had the exact same problem and re-registering the DLL's worked
perfect. first 4 didn't work for me and I hit them all as well so not sure
either

Question though, anyone got any idea as to what causes this.
