IE6 Fatal Errors

I have IE6 with the SP1 update using Windows98. I have
been having several fatal errors recently. I went to the
Add/Remove program and tried to repair IE.

Response: IE6 cannot be repaired due to error; Version
3.1.0.2230 of file scrrun.dll exists, but the version
needs to be greater than 5.1.0.5010.

So I have found the most updated Script Runtime file in
the dll support center. file v 5.6.0.6626

Problem: where can I get this updated versionn. TechNnet
and Miscrosoft do not seem to have it available.
