IE6 e-mail was Outlook, now Outlook Express after critical updates

I installed several new critical updates for Windows yesterday and since
then, whenever I click on a mailto: or try to e-mail a page or link to
someone, Outlook Express launches instead of Outlook. I don't use Outlook
Express at all.

I went into Internet Options and Outlook is still selected under Programs.

Can someone please tell me how to get IE6 to launch Outlook again instead of
Outlook Express?
