The file download box opens, the little paper starts moving but download
never starts. In a few moments I get the following:
1. Internet Explorer cannot download file from, etc
2. I click the cancel button
3. I start the download file process again for the same file and it always
works the second try.
4. That is fine except I am downloading 300-500 files a month and 90% of
them do not work on the first try.
Any help would be appreciated
