IE6 doesn't work, but Netscape, AOL, and DSL do...

Whenver i open the browser, I get this "Cannot find
page..." error and it loads to this random
http://xwebsearch.biz/ page instead of my homepage. I
tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but same problem
occurs. Tried, repairing IE but it didn't help either. Any
idea what to try next? It's just so strange that other
browsers work find, but Explorer is being so difficult.
