Your computer has spyware infested in it
Please download Spybot Search and Destory (either using an alternative
browser or by using another computer). Do a complete scan.
As a temporary fix you might try start -> run -> msconfig -> startup tab ->
uncheck all items and then reboot the computer. See if you can access
windows explorer. if you can then try visiting Google and search for spybot
search and destory. Run a thorough scan and fix all problems
