IE6 - Can't load 813951

When I try to load the 813951 patch I get an error message
saying that I need IE6 SP1. I already have SP1 on my PC. I
have tried reloading SP1 but the problem is still there.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Download the patch to C:Go to Run and type there C:\patch name.exe /n.
There is an space between exe and /n.
And the patch is installe
