IE6: Can't download any files from Internet.

Whenever I trying to download files from Internet, I am
getting below message:

"Internet Explorer cannot download file from server.

Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site.
The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be
found. Please try again later."
