IE6.0 Browser Tools Menu

I have some malicious additions that have appeared in my
tools menu bar that appear to be shortcuts to malicious
web sites. I have tried customizing the toolbar to remove
them but this does not have any effect.

Can anyone help in removing all traces of these menu items
from my system?
