when explorer open its fine ,when i go to close a
internet window it won't close. can anyone help me please

This is probably being caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite)

Download, install, *update* and run these two programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/ (Remove items listed in red.)

If not caused by malware, consider disabling (for diagnostic purposes)
legitimate programs running in the background which might be interacting
with IE- security, antivirus, etc. You may have to uninstall then reinstall
a program.
