Whenever i open a internet explorer window is always
comes up very small. I can't remember how to stop
this......please help

go on the edge of the window, (double sided arrow) and drag to full size.
then press X to close the window. Next time will be ok
 
Hi, Amy.

You don't say whether the window is minimized or just very small. If it is
minimized, click on the square between - and x. Then close the window using
File/Close.
