IE won't open -- virus infection I can't remove

Every time I try to open IE my virus protection tells me it detects the
following trojan viruses and closes IE down. I've run several different
anti-virus agents and they all say my computer is clean. I can open Firefox
or other browser, but not IE. Any ideas? Can I uninstall IE? If so, how
do I get another download to reinstall? The listed viruses are shown below.

fdlbb.dll
fwttn.dll
jldqc.dll
rydiz.dll

Try your scans in safe mode without networking... (With updated
definitions.)
