IE window scrolls too far

Hi;

In IE, when i use the touchpad and click in the scroll bar
to advance to the next page, it jumps to about 1.5 pages
ahead. (when i click the arrow, it jumps about 5 - 10
lines.) i want it to jump to the next line of unread
text, ie, one screen only. how can i fix this, please?

This problem only happens in IE, not other windows for
other applications.
