IE window ads opening when shut down

I keep having IE window opening with spayware software ads even when the ie
is closed. i have all the lastest spayware programs adware, spybot, ms anti
spy, about buster, the cleaner, cw shedder and none of them work..

help !!!!

i am so sick and tired of spayware. why is MS not going after these illegal
privacy invasions???????????? Why does everyone i know have this on their
computer and no goverment agency or consumer groups are suing these guys? how
do we stop this???

Either stop visiting sites that use an event (of closing the window) to
trigger opening another instance of the browser, or get a popup blocker.

Does the title bar say Internet Explorer or Messenger Service?

the message bar says internet explorer. no spyware will keep this widow that
pops up every few minutes. its an ad for spayware that changes will with a
diffrenent message each time

Is their a particular spaware that has created this? or any suggestions for
this specific problem

broser ads for spyware.
