V128iid is a display (video) driver. Go to Control Panel> Display> Settings>
Advanced> Performance, and take Hardware acceleration down a notch or two.
That may allow IE to open. Then explore the other tabs, looking for
manufacturer and/or download information. You may need to update or
reinstall that display adapter.
A visit to Windows Update may indicate that an updated driver is available.
Or search Windows Help (on your computer) for "Video Display"
Windows Help should provide useful information regarding the installation of
a new driver.
