IE will not open - gives error message

When I try to open IE6sp2 I get the error message:

"Runtime Error! This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in
an unusual way."

However, IE will open OK in another account on same PC. For some reason IE
resides on Desktop of this account.

Hi,
The Google toolbar has been causing the C++ Runtime error recently. Try
uninstalling the Google toolbar from Control Panel> add/remove programs. You
may be able to reinstall it or you may have to wait for a newer version.

See:

If the Goodle toolbar isn't the culprit, another BHO, toolbar or add-on may
be. If running XP SP2, try IE> Tools> Manage add-ons. Disable third-party
add-ons to see if one of them is the culprit. If not using SP2, try BHODemon
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3550.html and/or ToolbarCop:

Hope this helps,

Don,
The Yahoo Toolbar was the culprit. I still don't understand why another XP
account on the same PC didn't have the same problem. Regardless, I'm happy to
have IE running again. Thanks for your help!
