IE will not display a trusted site

I keep getting a message that page cannot be found from a
website and it is the home page. The address did not
change to my knowledge and when I search for the page it
still directs me to the page cannot be found. Is there a
setting that changed is SP2 that would cause this in IE?

Thank you for your suggestions, but neither seem to help. A little more info
may be necessary. I am running XP professional and did not encounter this
problem until I installed the SP2.
