IE takes 15 seconds to get to homepage when first opened after bootup.
Subsequent openings take only a couple of seconds the way it used to
be. Mozilla works fine. Have just about used every junk finder out
there to no avail and therefore I think something got changed
somewhere else. Reinstalled and repaired IE to no avail.
This slow start only occurs after bootup, then it opens ok.
Any ideas appreciated.
