IE v6.0 Login as: for ftp site

When I visit an ftp site with IE v5.0, I can go to file
Login as:, but after I upgraded to v6.0, I don't have that
selection anymore, even though the help shows I should.
Does anyone know how I can get back that feature back in
v6.0? Thanks.
