IE unexpectedly opens and closes Favorites!

When I have explorer open, the Favorites bar constantly
opens and closes. I've tried reloading explorer, but the
problem persits. Any suggestions?

Now *this* is weird, and I can honestly say, that in the last five years of
supporting users in this group, I haven't seen this before.

Try changing your keyboard... it is *possible* that a damaged keyboard is
triggering just the right combination of keystrokes to open the favorites
pane....
