IE Toolbar

On toolbar, I have something called "vooplnoonoo".
Cannot seem to turn this off although when I do, it goes
off. However, when I relaunch IE, it comes back on
automatically. It seems to be creating unnecessary pop-
ups and was wondering if anyone can help me to get rid of
this once and for all. IE on my work computer does not
even have this so I am assuming it is some kind of a
virus.
